It's not an iss...I should have been more clear. It's not an issue of USB power. Even my $1600 Benchmark DAC1 Pre can suffer from USB ground loops in the exact same way as the ODAC. The Benchmark is entirely powered by its own local power supplies. To break the ground loop you need a DAC with galvanic isolation which few have.
